About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing operations. This role is responsible for developing and implementing purchasing policies and strategies, coordinating procurement activities, and assisting in process automation to ensure efficiency and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing purchasing policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate and monitor purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.
- Compile abstracts of quotations and assist in supplier evaluation.
- Support process automation initiatives to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance and transparency in procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or process management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems or automation tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
