Job Summary

The Data Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the organization's data architecture, ensuring efficient data management, integration, and security. This role requires expertise in database design, data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics needs..

Key Responsibilities

● Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions for structured and unstructured data.

● Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.

● Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms.

● Define and enforce best practices for data governance, compliance, and security.

● Collaborate with data engineers and developers to optimize database performance.

● Design and oversee ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data.

● Implement cloud-based data storage and analytics solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

● Provide guidance on data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies.

● Work with business teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

● Stay updated on emerging trends in data architecture, AI, and machine learning integration.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

● 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or related roles.

● Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

● Experience with data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

● Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration solutions (Talend, Apache Nifi, Airflow).

● Understanding of cloud platforms and data services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google BigQuery).

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

● Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud data services.

● Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

● Knowledge of machine learning and AI-driven data analytics.

● Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

● Experience in data security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO
