The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial
Country Head
to lead Humology's business in the
Philippines
. The market is one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing digital economies, with a vibrant gaming community, heavy social media usage, and an influencer-driven culture. This role combines commercial leadership with hands-on market development and client partnership.
As Country Head, you will be responsible for driving revenue, building strategic agency and client relationships, and laying the foundation for Humology's long-term growth in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Own Humology's revenue growth in the Philippines—build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop and execute the country go-to-market strategy, aligned with regional priorities.
- Lead high-value negotiations with agency groups and clients, ensuring Humology is embedded in their media and performance strategies.
Agency & Client Partnerships
- Build and maintain deep relationships with senior stakeholders across major HoldCos and leading local agencies.
- Partner with advertisers and brands that are highly active in gaming, video, and influencer-led campaigns.
- Understand local agency trading models (rebates, AVBs, upfront commitments) and align Humology's commercial approach accordingly.
- Act as the key contact for client and agency leads, ensuring strong delivery and upsell opportunities.
Market Development
- Position Humology as the
partner of choice
for attention-first, next-gen media solutions in the Philippines.
- Represent Humology at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
- Bring back market intelligence to shape local strategy and influence regional product development.
Foundation for Scale
- Establish best practices, processes, and commercial structures to support sustainable business growth in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with regional operations, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build a business case for expanding the local team as revenue milestones are achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital media, adtech, or programmatic sales, with a strong commercial track record.
- Proven ability to deliver revenue through agency and client partnerships.
- Strong network across the Philippines' media and advertising ecosystem.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of
CRM systems
, with proven ability in
revenue forecasting and pipeline management
.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with regional teams.
