Duties:

A. HR- Recruitment


• Source candidates for any job vacancies in the company. Starting from creation of job advertisements to posting these job ads to our paid job site account and free job site accounts.


• Shortlist applicants, invites for interviews and conduct initial interview.


• Conduct background checking


• Job offer to qualified candidate.


• Coordinates with appropriate job ads portals and/or headhunters for our manpower needs.


• Prepares new employee's employment agreement and job descriptions, and conduct on- boarding orientation for newly hired.


• Monitor the new employee's employment tenure, then, conduct an on-boarding survey and evaluate the result. Discuss the result to group heads and top management.


• Supervise the issuance of performance evaluations for probationary and regular employees.


• Conduct exit interview to departing employees.

B. HR- Compensation and Benefits


• Checks and finalizes timekeeping and generates payroll. Ensures that any absences, tardiness and any advances of all employees are properly deducted, as well as adjustment of salary is implemented.


• Ensures that the statutory collections are deducted properly from individual employee and these collections are remitted on time to the agencies.


• Assist other task of other HR Facets.
