HR/Finance/Accounting Positions

Performs complex professional accounting duties; Supervises clerical and fiscal recordkeeping work.
- Plans, initiates and completes work assignments with a minimum of direction;
- Understands and applies legal requirements and administrative policies to departmental accounting functions;
- Detects possible weaknesses of internal control of standard accounting procedures and recommend revisions;
- Verbally communicates accounting procedures and policies to staff and others;
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Great sense of urgency.
- Experience in a related field is a big advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
HR GENERALIST
Must be a graduate of BS/AB in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management or equivalent
must have 1-3years experience handling either (1) Compensation and Benefits- Timekeeping and Payroll, (2) Employee Relations, (3) Recruitment, and (4) Training and Development
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Must have a very strong interpersonal skills; approachable
- Must be attentive to details
- Ability to meet the requirements before the deadline
- Must be willing to accept other tasks from time to time
