About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Operations Excellence Head to lead continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing operational excellence strategies that drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company's Operational Excellence strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify, analyze, and improve key operational processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to establish and monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and process metrics.
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Develop and mentor cross-functional teams on process improvement tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports and improvement plans to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business excellence, with 3 + in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement or transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
