Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Metro Manila. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, creating and preparing menus, ensuring the quality of dishes, maintaining kitchen inventory, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. The Head Chef will also collaborate with management to enhance the dining experience and maintain consistency in the quality and presentation of dishes.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in culinary arts and professional kitchen management
  • Strong skills in menu creation, recipe development, and food presentation
  • Knowledge of international and Filipino cuisine
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role is a plus
