About the Role
As a Field Sales Agent for our Class B segment, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of our premium salon brands—driving sales orders, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and nurturing lasting relationships with high-end salons.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Management
- Call on assigned high-end salons (both chain and independent) according to weekly route plans.
- Maintain and grow your account list through re-orders, upsells, and cross-sells.
Sales Execution
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
- Present product features and benefits, and close orders on-site or via CRM.
Product Demonstrations & Training
- Conduct in-salon demonstrations of Class B products (tools, techniques, and usage).
- Support the Education Team by co-facilitating cluster trainings when needed.
Customer Service & Account Care
- Act as the first point of contact for salon-level concerns or complaints.
- Proactively follow up on orders, shipments, and inventory status.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Log all sales calls, orders, and market insights in the CRM daily.
- Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market trends, promotions, and product performance.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Tools:
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel for basic reports).
Experience (for experienced applicants):
- 1–3 years in B2B field sales or FMCG distribution (salon/beauty channel experience a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling high-end beauty or salon consumables (e.g., L'Oréal, Davines) preferred.
- Familiarity with salon operations, service workflows, and stylists' needs.
- Prior success conducting product demos or training sessions is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits Package
- Basic Monthly Salary: PHP 25,000 (subject to increase after successful probation)
- Commission: 1% for achieving a monthly sales target of PHP 300,000
- Transportation Support: Company car or transportation allowance
- Meal Allowance: Provided for outside-territory sales activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
