Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Roadside Assistant Coordinator to support our drivers in managing roadside assistance needs. This role involves coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing vendors, and ensuring that drivers receive timely support while on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch roadside assistance for drivers in case of vehicle breakdowns or emergencies.

Serve as the first point of contact for drivers, assessing their needs and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.

Liaise with repair shops, tow companies, and other service providers to ensure fast and efficient resolutions.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and costs in our internal system.

Monitor and track maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Provide drivers with updates on the status of repairs or roadside services.

Support drivers in troubleshooting basic vehicle issues over the phone when necessary.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational continuity and minimize vehicle downtime.

Qualifications:

· Experience in a maintenance coordination or roadside assistance role, preferably in the transportation industry.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle maintenance issues efficiently.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

· Experience with fleet management systems and maintenance software preferred.

Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations a plus.

Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
