What is the job?

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for delivering timely technical support and resolving hardware, software, and system issues for end users.

Responsibilities:


• Resolve and escalate IT support tickets to meet SLAs

• Troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and network issues (macOS/Windows, incl. executives)

• Procure, configure, and deploy equipment; maintain accurate asset inventory

• Administer user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations

• Maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and meeting room technology

• Deliver user training and documentation; drive proactive IT improvement projects

Qualifications:


• At least four (4) years of IT support experience.

• Administers Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint tools, and SaaS apps (Zoom, Salesforce)

• Supports macOS/Windows; configures and maintains laptops, desktops, and peripherals

• Operates the IT service desk using ticketing systems

• Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and network issues

• Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving, accuracy, and follow-through; works with minimal supervision in fast-paced settings
