Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Patient Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

The Patient Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in patient support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Benefits:

This is a full-time position working 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City. The shift will be night shift.
