Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement
  • Collect, review, and organize medical records and bills
  • Draft comprehensive demand letters
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers regarding case updates
  • Maintain organized case files in Google Drive
  • Support attorneys with case preparation and settlement documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a personal injury paralegal (pre-litigation required)
  • Strong understanding of personal injury procedures and terminology
  • Have experience working remotely with U.S.-based law firms
  • Can manage multiple cases efficiently
  • Excellent demand writing and case management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Mac user preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
