Position Title: RN Personal Injury Case Management Specialist (Project-Based)

About Us: Aperio Solutions Inc. is looking for a skilled RN Case Management Specialist to join our team. Our company specializes in reviewing medical records for attorneys in the United States for legal cases involving medical issues. We are seeking highly motivated and talented nurses who possess exceptional English verbal and writing skills, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities: As an RN Case Management Specialist, you will:

  • Call clients, gather and accurately enter relevant information into our database.
  • Assist clients with obtaining, fulfilling and signing required forms and authorizations.
  • Follow up with clients, maintaining professional and confidential communication both verbally and in writing while ensuring the security of all client information.
  • Review medical records based on case requirements.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent English-speaking and writing skills, with a neutral accent.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree and a professional nursing license (Passed Board Exam).
  • Prior experience in medical customer service or BPO is preferred.
  • NCLEX/USRN passers are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in medical record reviews, summaries, or utilization review is desirable but not required.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills paired with empathy.
  • Comprehensive clinical background with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat DC (PDF PRO), as all work is conducted online.

Equipment Requirements: As a contractor, you must provide your own equipment, including:

  • A reliable computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM or higher, Intel i5 or equivalent processor, and a dual-monitor setup.
  • High-speed and stable internet service with a minimum of 20 Mbps speed.
  • A quality headset.

Working Hours:

  • Varying shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM Philippine Time (corresponding to 8 AM–5 PM PST, EST, or CST).

Location: Permanent work-from-home setup.

Compensation:

  • Paid training (hourly rate of 32500/month)
  • PHP net)/month with productivity bonuses, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week (paid biweekly via Wise, negotiable based on experience and performance).
