As a key member of our legal team, you will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation. Your fluency in both Spanish and English will play a crucial role in client communication, document translation, and ensuring each case moves forward efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Secretary in Personal Injury Law
  • Proficiency in Filevine is required
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, calendaring deadlines, and legal document drafting
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Paralegal certification preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work night shifts and can start immediately

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and organize litigation documents and pleadings
  • Manage and track court deadlines and calendars
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Translate documents and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation and case strategy
