Litigation Paralegal

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably within California-based law firms.
• Strong familiarity with California court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation timelines.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery responses, and trial preparation documents.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in case management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple cases, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
