Job Overview

We are seeking highly independent, detail-oriented professionals to assist our legal team with administrative tasks.

English speaking skills, a legal background, and experience in this field are required. Handling accident claims is a plus, as legal counsel will provide the necessary guidance and advice. Candidates who are lawyers will be preferred and compensated at a higher rate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and client communication.
  • Support in-house legal counsel, paralegals, and clients on administrative and client-related tasks.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the legal team's schedule.
  • Proactively engage with accident-involved clients, asking necessary questions to ensure proper case handling.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and the legal team.
  • Support the legal team with other office-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English speaking skills is a must.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and legal staff.
  • Legal background and experience in personal injury or a related field is a plus.
  • Candidates who are lawyers will be preferred and compensated at a higher rate.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn and apply new tools and processes quickly.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
