Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and seamless receipt and issuance of Inventory materials and products at TPM locations. Match receipt and issuance with purchase order and or manufacturing order.
  • Maintain documents of receipt and issuance of inventory materials and products at TPM locations. Review documents and coordinate issue/concerns with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Check, monitor and update inventories; perform on-time, correct and complete inventory transactions in ERP system.
  • Conduct a regular cycle count and in updating of inventory count. Help investigate variances by coordinating with stakeholders and immediately report unreconciled discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports with quality status (e.g good, quarantined, supplier's reject, expired, obsolete, process reject).
  • Help prevent material damage, obsolescence, and expiration; facilitate move-out of unnecessary materials and products.
  • Maintain records, files and other correspondence in relation to inventory materials and product at TPM locations so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Perform other manufacturing and SMCG related functions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as inventory controller or clerk in inventory setting, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse set-up.
  • Graduate of Engineering or Finance course; preferably Industrial Engineering graduate, or with more than 3 years work experience in inventory management setting using ERP system.
  • With working knowledge of ERP, preferably inventory and manufacturing modules.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office - Excel and typing.
  • High attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
  • With good inter-personal skills.
