Amacor Trading Int'l. Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team As a vital part of our office, you will be responsible for various tasks focused on inventory-related functions. The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory which includes uniforms, coveralls, safety shoes, raw materials (fabric, zippers, threads), and other PPE's and finished goods. The role ensures that stock levels are sufficient, discrepancies are reconciled, and all inventory movements are accurately recorded in the ERP system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management.
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy and End-Month Closing.
  • Utilizing the ERP System and Analyzing Reports.
  • Creating Production and Job Orders.
  • Production Team and Subcontractor Coordination.
  • Encoding of Purchasing and Receiving Receipts into the ERP System.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with inventory modules preferred) is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Street smart with the ability to navigate various situations effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
