In this key position, you'll ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity across all warehouses and consignment points. You'll lead inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies between systems, and strengthen controls to prevent losses — ensuring that our fast-moving operations run efficiently and transparently.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory audits with 100% completion rate.
  • Ensure real-time alignment of data between NetSuite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances, conducting root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage Item Request Forms (IRFs) — ensuring timely barcode creation, standardized naming, and accurate product tracking.
  • Support demand planning and logistics by providing accurate, data-driven inventory insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, purchasing, demand, logistics) to enhance SOP compliance.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to minimize discrepancies and losses.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for audits or coordination meetings.
