We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Sourcing Specialist
to join our growing team. As a key part of the Talent Acquisition function, you will support our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and online databases.
- Create engaging outreach messages and screen potential candidates to assess initial fit.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruitment marketing efforts by promoting job openings and enhancing employer brand visibility online.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates as needed.
- Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized sourcing data and metrics for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for talent acquisition and eagerness to learn sourcing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 6 months of experience of sourcing in a BPO environment.
