About the Role

We're looking for a
hands-on, dependable, and people-oriented HR Associate
who's eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you're someone who values integrity, gets things done, and doesn't shy away from challenges — you'll fit right in.

This role is perfect for someone with solid HR operations experience and an appreciation for both
local compliance
and
global HR processes
, particularly those involving EOR (Employer of Record) or international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee records, payroll support, and compliance documentation
  • Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions
  • Serve as a reliable and approachable point of contact for employee concerns
  • Maintain and update HR systems, particularly
    Sprout HR
  • Collaborate with management on HR policies, performance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferably using Sprout HR
  • Background with international companies or EOR providers
    is a strong advantage
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Approachable, accountable, and solutions-oriented personality
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a hybrid setup (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite in Sampaloc, Manila)
