About the role

City Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Information Technology Audit Officer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive IT audits and assessments to ensure the security, efficiency and compliance of our technology systems and infrastructure. Based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding the bank's technological assets and supporting our overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute IT audit plans to evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls, policies and processes
  2. Analyse IT systems, applications and data to identify potential risks and recommend improvements
  3. Perform technical testing and vulnerability assessments to detect and mitigate security threats
  4. Review IT project plans, change management procedures and disaster recovery capabilities
  5. Document audit findings, conclusions and recommendations in detailed reports
  6. Collaborate with IT, operations and business teams to address control weaknesses and enhance governance
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices and emerging technologies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management or information security roles
  3. Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC or CISSP is preferred
  4. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, databases and enterprise applications
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally
  7. Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards and emerging IT trends
