About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Audit Associate to join our client's dynamic audit team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT audit engagements, evaluating internal controls, information systems, and technology processes to ensure compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with engagement managers to design tailored audit procedures, assess control effectiveness, and provide recommendations that enhance governance, cybersecurity, and data integrity. Beyond core audit responsibilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and digital tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of combined relevant experience in IT Audit and External/Internal Audit.
  • CPA and/or CISA certification preferred; additional relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in IT controls testing, IT governance, or technology risk assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Proven capability to mentor and guide junior team members while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
