Job Description:

The ICT Intern will assist the ICT team in maintaining and supporting the company's technology infrastructure. This includes helping with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring network performance, supporting system updates and backups, and assisting in documenting IT procedures. The intern will also gain exposure to industrial technology applications, participate in ongoing ICT projects, and contribute to improving IT processes and security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support system installations, updates, and backups.
  • Help monitor network performance and connectivity.
  • Assist in documenting ICT processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to end-users under supervision.
  • Participate in ICT projects and initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies on data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
