We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and experienced
IT Director
with a proven background in fast-paced startup environments. This critical role is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and management of all our internal technology systems, infrastructure, and support operations. The ideal candidate thrives on building scalable solutions from the ground up, embracing change, and aligning technology strategy directly with ambitious business growth objectives.

Strategic Technology Leadership & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a robust, scalable, and cost-effective IT strategy and roadmap that directly supports the company's rapid expansion and future business needs.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency, security posture, and employee productivity.
  • Manage IT budgeting, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and overall procurement process.
  • Manages a team across countries.

Infrastructure and Systems Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of the entire internal technology stack.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all critical IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary bridge between IT and all other departments (Engineering, HR, Finance, Operations) to understand their technology needs and align IT projects accordingly.
  • Partner closely with the Engineering/Security team on matters related to internal systems security and integration.
