Authorities and Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of comprehensive and accurate construction drawings such as: drawing plans and detailed drawings for architectural, structural, civil works, and MEPF works in AutoCAD 2D & 3D as required by engineers.

  2. Prepares shop drawings submittals to magnify or simplify complex construction plans easy for site implementers to follow the intent of the designer or to comply the project requirements and specifications.

  3. Modifies plans to suit actual site condition in coordination with project engineers and designers.

  4. Prepares / updates as-built plans progressively for structural, architectural, and MEPF works.

  5. Generates and controls of all issued plans including revisions of design drawings & shop drawings, and as-builts.

  6. Ensures drawings are presented with clarity and accuracy, sound Engineering practice, adopt to all government regulation and client design criteria.

  7. Performs other functions that may be delegated or assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Architecture or BSCE.

  2. 2-3 years of Experience as project CAD Operator.

  3. Knowledgeable in AutoCad Software / drawing
