Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company and government standards.
  • Evaluate raw survey data and process results into final plans using GE Survey software and other tools.
  • Operate and oversee the use of survey instruments such as GPS, TRK, and Total Station.
  • Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, planners, and contractors on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Supervise fieldwork including surveying, measuring, and mapping land parcels or construction sites, solar installation, etc.
  • Process survey data using AutoCAD, GIS, and related software to produce accurate maps, charts, and plans.
  • Handle Right of Way Acquisition
  • Review geodetic data from satellites, GPS, and other instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, survey plans, and geodetic studies for management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor survey teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at high quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in geodetic engineering, surveying, or plant/project management.
  • Strong background in Right of Way Acquisition
  • Proficient in survey instruments (GPS, TRK, Total Station, theodolites, etc.) and software (AutoCAD, GE Survey, GIS).
  • Skilled in processing raw survey data into final maps and technical outputs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal teams, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned to any project locations.
