WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Equipment Installation: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and machinery used in cold storage operations, such as refrigeration units, compressors, evaporators, and temperature control systems.
- Emergency Response: Respond to electrical emergencies and equipment breakdowns promptly, diagnose issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operation of cold storage facilities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, electrical codes, and industry standards in performing electrical work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing risks of electrical hazards.
- System Upgrades: Assist in planning and implementing upgrades or modifications to electrical systems and equipment to improve efficiency, reliability, and compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs, and replacements, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible for reference.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other maintenance staff, supervisors, and external contractors to support facility maintenance and repair projects, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
