RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and according to required specifications.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Gather and document project requirements, specifications, and features.
  • Write clear, detailed, and complete user stories.
  • Ensure estimates are both optimal and feasible.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and available resources.
  • Mentor team members on project management best practices.
  • Effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously review and improve processes, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Actively participate in organizational enrichment activities that promote core values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
  • JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering and user story writing.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Certifications (Preferred, not required):

  • Project Management certification.
  • Scrum certification.
