- Recruitment and Staffing: Develop recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process to attract and retain talent.
- Personnel records and file maintenance: Safely store sensitive documents such as contracts, evaluations, disciplinary memos, and government forms.
- Employee Development: Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Payroll and Benefits Management: Implement systems for managing payroll, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Employee benefits and government compliance: Process employee registration, updates. and contributions for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Performance Management: Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
