The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and improve conversion rates. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, digital merchandising, online marketing performance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless online business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, and mobile channels)
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and customer journey; implement improvements
  • Analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment) and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social commerce
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, logistics, and marketplace partners
  • Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer service coordination
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations
  • Manage e-commerce budgets and ROI tracking
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online business management
  • Proven track record of driving online revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
