About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimize online retail operations for our client. This role is critical in ensuring that our digital customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience—from browsing to delivery. You will oversee the end-to-end operations of our e-commerce platform, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and coordination with warehousing and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor and optimize e-commerce KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping speed, returns handling, and stock availability
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Work closely with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to improve customer experience and support business growth
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and delivery providers where applicable

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Solid background in retail operations, preferably with both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce exposure
- Hands-on experience in order fulfillment, warehouse logistics, and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve operational processes
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and logistics tracking tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail or e-commerce operations
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City
