Philippines Time Access International Full time ₱400,000 - ₱480,000 per year

Job Responsibilities


• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of Time Access International's HRMS solutions

for client organizations.


• Configure HRMS modules (e.g., Time Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Employee Self-Service)

according to client requirements.


• Support data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR data.


• Participate in system testing (SIT, UAT) and resolve functional or technical issues.


• Prepare and deliver end-user training sessions and training materials.


• Provide first-level client support during and after system deployment.


• Document deployment activities, configuration changes, and client-specific

requirements.


• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, IT, Customer Support) and external

stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.


• Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and statutory requirements in system setup.


• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior consultants or development teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
