What You’ll Do Plan, organize, and execute merchandising programs to support sales growth. Lead and manage merchandising personnel (in-house and agency) to ensure optimal deployment and productivity. Ensure proper implementation of trade standards including planograms, pricing, product availability, and FIFO. Monitor and evaluate promotions, store activities, and competitor movements in the trade. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and agency partners to maintain smooth execution of field activities. Prepare regular merchandising reports and data analysis for management review. Monitor merchandising budgets and contracts , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or merchandising; supervisory experience is an advantage. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Proficient in planning, scheduling, and deployment management. Keen attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation. Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
