Overview Deployment Project Coordinator (EMEA Support) at Lexmark. As a member of Lexmark’s Managed Print Services (MPS) organization, the DPC will work as part of a team to deploy printers/MFPs and/or take over management of existing devices for new and existing customers. Projects can range from a few hundred devices to 25,000+. The DPC coordinates hardware orders and deliveries, interfaces with customer personnel and installation technicians, and maintains data for inventory reconciliation and asset management in Lexmark’s system. The role works closely with Project Management Leadership, Customer Operations, and other Lexmark teams to ensure end-to-end hardware creation to acceptance. Responsibilities Assist Project Manager (PM) in all phases of Implementation Project by driving and managing a defined set of tasks without requiring daily guidance Initiate internal or customer-facing conference calls, take meeting minutes, update action items, and support the PM as needed Place orders and monitor orders/shipments to ensure delivery according to project schedule Track order fulfillment and delivery of hardware using Lexmark systems and carrier websites Resolve delivery and schedule issues between carriers and customers Modify planned installation activities in response to changes in delivery schedule Receive and interpret customer POs for hardware orders Manage changes to deployment schedules and their downstream impacts Participate in project calls and identify actions related to changes in orders and installations Manage customer returns, pickups, and disposal of old devices Coordinate service delivery with internal supply chain, transportation carriers, disposal partners, and installation partners Manage complex on-site events and escalations; provide bridge support during critical project rollouts Interface with customers and installation partners during installation Work with Supply Chain on shifting installs based on order/availability Gather data for existing assets, confirm deliveries, and provide general assistance as directed by PM Occasional overtime and weekend work based on customer rollout schedule Track order-to-invoice and returns data (in Excel/Siebel) for invoicing, inventory management, and daily status reports Monitor P.O. consumption and assist with hardware billing as needed Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies; escalate issues to prevent recurrence Provide regular status reports and ensure timely information on performance, quality, and customer satisfaction Manage deployment plan to ensure timely and accurate deployment per approved schedule Support mentors for newly trained Project Managers and DPCs Competencies, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint; strong Excel skills (formulas, functions, tables) Analytical, data reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills; fluent in English and the language of the supported customer Detail-oriented, self-starter; able to work overtime/weekends as needed Results- and priority-driven; able to manage multiple timelines Customer-facing experience; strong interpersonal skills Data management and analysis capabilities; ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead/influence as needed Ability to identify issues for escalation and drive resolution Education, Experience & Certifications – Basic Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with MS Project Familiarity with SAP and Business Objects is a plus 2+ years’ experience preferred in hardware deployments, order management, logistics, and project management In-depth knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle Project management certifications are a plus Familiarity with Lexmark devices and packaging is a plus Understanding of common logistics operations including staging, last mile delivery How to Apply Are you an innovator?
