About the Role

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Associate who can manage campaigns, engage audiences, and support customer care. If you know your way around TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and launch paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor dashboards, track results, and provide actionable insights
  • Create engaging content and stay updated on social trends
  • Run A/B tests to improve performance
  • Support customer care and community engagement

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media advertising/campaign management
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong mix of creativity and data analysis
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC
  • Can start ASAP

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools
  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B campaigns
