    Identify, trouble shoot and repair electrical / electronic problems, i.e., interpret electrical schematic diagrams, etc. and simple mechanical problems of production machine and utility equipment in the plant.

  • Performs maintenance as per defined schedule and when emergency calls are concerned, report to Shared Services Head/General Manager any maintenance concerns and make a suggestions or resolutions to provide action plans.

· Prepare a Purchase request form for all the materials / parts needed in the machines/facilities and coordinate / follow-up with the logistic-procurement section its availability.

· Analyze, recognize and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicate this to Shared Services Head/General Manager.

· Coordinate maintenance work with production and other sections: estimate time, materials, and equipment required for repairs, examine various electrical system and make recommendations for upgrading and modifications.

· Ensures that all electrical works are in accordance with the existing standard procedures and specifications.

· Maintain and implement good housekeeping (5's) and participate in accident and fire prevention programs within the company premises.

· Performs task that may be assigned from time to time.
