Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of maintenance department to carry out task such as cleaning, lubrication schedule of Preventive Maintenance, inspections, providing repairs and replacing spare parts.
  • Plan and manage maintenance budget while keeping track of expenses
  • Develop, implement, monitor and optimize maintenance program in accordance with its goals to improve uptime and minimize costs.
  • Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
  • Manage relationship with contractors and service providers.
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep and maintain the Batching Plant and all units of the company's cleanliness.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied.
  • Manage the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly preventive maintenance of batching plant, and all units of the company.
  • Oversee and coordinate with the in-house and 3rd party workers who maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, automotive and other Plant systems. Report all Plant and equipment observation, assessments and recommendation to the Plant Supervisor. Responsible for the evaluation of each worker's performance, including quality of work, time spent on the repair and proper handling of tools and equipment.
  • Ensuring all units, equipment's of the company has zero downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Automotive Servicing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or Motor Pool Manager
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Facility Management
  • Experience in Supervisory or managerial role is a plus
