Job Description:
WFO: This is a Work From Office role based in Angeles City.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This key role ensures the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, supporting our removals crews, managing logistics, and maintaining excellent customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong coordination skills, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate removals and storage jobs
- Liaise with customers to confirm bookings and provide service updates
- Organize crew assignments and vehicle logistics for efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, inventory, and storage units
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
- Support the team with problem-solving and customer queries
- Assist with administrative duties such as invoicing and documentation.
Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):
- Experience in logistics, transport, removals, or a similar operational role
- Experience scheduling and allocating
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use scheduling software
- A team player with a proactive approach
