Position: Merchant Coordinator

Employment: Project based (6 months) with potential for extension or permanent hire based on work performance.

Schedule: Dayshift

Work Set up: Work Onsite

Work Location: Cebu

Salary: Php 15,500

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year experience with face-to-face customer service support and sales.
  • At least 1 year experience with inventory management and tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribution of gears, merchants' items, and etc.
  • Promote products, promos, events, and activities the Client offers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Client's Booths.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs to achieve positive customer experience and first contact resolution through face-to-face interaction.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers building and maintaining effective relationships that foster trust and mutual respect.
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
