About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Certinia ERP Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions on the Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) ERP platform, which runs on Salesforce. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial, accounting, professional services automation (PSA), and other back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Certinia ERP modules using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
• Integrate Certinia ERP with other business systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS, reporting tools).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing Certinia applications, workflows, and automation processes.
• Work closely with administrators and business analysts to design efficient data models and user experiences.
• Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and deployment processes using CI/CD best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Certinia platform.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation for support and future development.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Certinia ERP (FinancialForce), including modules like Accounting, PSA, Billing, or SCM.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, triggers, flows, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Certinia-specific objects, metadata, and customization patterns.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and use tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certinia or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Certinia ERP Specialist).
• Experience integrating Certinia with external systems using middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Experience with CPQ, Revenue Recognition, or SCM modules in Certinia.
