The ERP Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and enhancing the organization's ERP systems to meet business needs. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure ERP modules, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that streamline business operations and improve efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues, enhancements, and projects.
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
  • Configure and maintain ERP modules based on organizational needs (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Conduct system testing, end-user training, and support ERP implementations or upgrades.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and queries using ERP tools or SQL to support business decisions.
  • Troubleshoot system problems and coordinate with technical teams or vendors for resolution.
  • Maintain data integrity and security within the ERP system.
  • Create and update user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Stay informed of ERP software updates, trends, and best practices to recommend relevant system improvements.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 to 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems in a business analyst, systems analyst, or ERP support role.
  • Experience with a specific ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuiteRP Cloud Certification, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification)
