Hello We are seeking an independent freelance architectural drafter for various commercial projects over the next 3-4 months with an immediate start date.

We hope to build lasting collaborations with the right candidates and there is potential to extend work past 7 months, if desired. We value open communication and a relaxed but fun and professional approach to architecture.

Candidates Must:

  • Experience working on U.S. architectural projects
  • Have a flexible schedule to meet project deadlines over the next 3-4 months
  • Have at least 5 years experience working in an architectural firm post-bachelors degree
  • Have a stable internet connection for remote work
  • Have their own Revit 2025 software
  • Be able to communicate via the Slack app

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Minimum 5 years of Revit expertise, including working knowledge of Revit phasing (demo, new construction)
  • Experience reviewing and incorporating redlines/comments
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to proactively ask questions to avoid rework
  • High attention to detail, strong self-checking habits, and a commitment to quality control
