Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
  • Prepare accurate takeoff lists from project plans.
  • Input all positions, window, and façade systems into LogiKal.
  • Create detailed cross-sections and technical documentation.
  • Generate and manage LOB (List of Bills) files within LogiKal.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all outputs meet project accuracy and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in reading and interpreting architectural or construction plans.
  • Proficiency in LogiKal software is required.
  • Strong understanding of window, door, and façade systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be available to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST daily.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in architectural drafting, construction estimation, or façade design.
  • Experience in aluminum and glass system detailing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project coordination and technical documentation standards.

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
