Marketing Specialist

Be a Game Changer in the Market

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing management: Co-designing and executing both face-to-face and virtual customer engagement activities. You will prepare necessary materials and documentation to ensure timely implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet key milestones
  • Customer management: Managing customer journey touchpoints during face-to-face engagements, conducting fieldwork to gather insights and strengthen relationships, and supporting special projects related to customer experience and engagement.
  • Administrative: Support activity updates by preparing required reports and documentation, including those needed for quarterly program and Customer Journey Map reviews. Maintain execution files and coordinate with the marketing coordinator to manage event materials.
  • Learning and Growth: Monitor marketing trends to enhance customer relationships and recommend their application. Actively participate in team brainstorming and contribute to departmental learning sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to present and sell plans effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strength in project management.
