Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Documentation Specialist. The role is based in Manila, combining on-site work with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and reviewing a range of technical and business documentation. Key tasks include developing and maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring clarity and quality, and using analytical skills to support technical writing and other related functions.

Qualifications

  • Highly trainable with very high interest in learning and performing General and Technical Documentation
  • Strong Technical Writing, Analytical Skills and Process Orientation
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple documentation-related tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders e.g., analysts, engineers, IT specialist, managers, directors
  • Familiarity with the business processes of key business functions e.g. finance, supply chain, HR, IT, is a plus but not required
  • Skilled in process diagramming e.g., flowcharts, BPMN, swimlanes, is a plus but not required
  • Experience in developing comprehensive and user-friendly documentation solutions, is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial engineering, or any related field or equivalent experience
  • New graduates may apply
  • 3 to 6 months project engagement
