Responsibilities
Job description:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Create a pipeline of candidates using various job posting platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment tests, if applicable, to candidates who pass the initial interview.
- Maintain and update the candidate database promptly and accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and HR team as needed.
- Perform any HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Above average English oral and written communication skills
- At least one (1) year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Must be willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
- Can start ASAP
