Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related courses)
  • With sales background or experience in client coordination
  • Knowledge in cosmetic formulation or product development is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Can start asap
  • Willing to work onsite in Barangay Caybiga, North Caloocan
Essential Job Functions:

1. Research and Concept Development

  • Conduct market studies to identify trends, consumer needs, and new product opportunities
  • Generate new product concepts aligned with company objectives and client requirements
  • Prepare technical briefs and conduct feasibility assessments for proposed projects

2. Product Formulation and Testing

  • Develop, improve, and optimize formulations for cosmetic and personal care products
  • Perform stability tests, compatibility tests, and sensory evaluations
  • Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance for all formulations
  • Document formulation procedures, results, and technical specifications

3. Project Coordination and Launch Support

  • Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA/QC, and Sales teams for seamless project execution
  • Manage timelines, sample preparations, and client feedback
  • Support product launches through documentation, presentations, and technical support
  • Provide regular updates on project status and ensure alignment with client needs
