We are a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in non-food consumer products, committed to bringing innovative, high-quality, and sustainable solutions to every household. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented New Product Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:


•Assist in the concept development, formulation, and packaging of new non-food products (e.g., household care, personal care, home essentials).


•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.


•Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product samples, raw materials, and cost estimates.


•Support in product testing, evaluation, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.


•Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams during the product launch process.


•Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in product development or related roles in FMCG (non-food preferred).
  • Strong analytical and project coordination skills.
  • Creative thinker with keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with product lifecycle management tools is an advantage.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
