Product Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the product development process
  • Understand and analyze client requirements and translate them into product briefs
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to conceptualize, formulate, and develop skincare, cosmetic, and fragrance products
  • Conduct product research, trends analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Coordinate and lead client meetings and product presentations
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to client specifications
  • Ensure that products comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Collect feedback from clients and coordinate product revisions as needed
  • Assist in sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and other components relevant to product development
  • Stay updated on beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and perfume trends and innovations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Business, Marketing, or related courses)
  • Preferably has an experience in product development, ideally in the skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance industry
  • Strong passion and interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and perfume
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; client-facing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of raw materials, cosmetic formulations, and production processes is an advantage
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and product safety standards is a plus
  • Amenable to work on-site in Barangay Caybiga, North Caloocan
